FanLink – Terms of Service

Welcome to FanLink.

FanLink is a platform that connects creators and brands and provides tools for sharing products and accessing performance insights.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

All agreements, payments, and outcomes are solely between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FanLink.

By using the service, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you have legal capacity to enter binding agreements

FanLink may suspend or terminate accounts if this requirement is not met.

You are solely responsible for:

• your content
• your interactions and agreements with other users
• complying with applicable laws

This includes compliance with applicable advertising laws and relevant platform guidelines.

FanLink does not guarantee:

• income or earnings
• brand collaborations
• traffic, clicks, or sales

All outcomes depend on factors outside FanLink's control.

Metrics such as clicks, traffic, and estimated earnings are indicative only and may not be accurate or complete.

Such data is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as exact.

Where required by law:

By starting the service immediately, you acknowledge that:

• the service begins during the withdrawal period
• your right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost

This does not affect rights that cannot be waived.

FanLink may update pricing.

• Users will be notified in advance
• Changes apply from the next billing cycle
• Users may cancel before changes take effect

• Fees are charged in advance
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

No refunds are provided for unused time or lack of results.

You may not use FanLink for:

• unlawful or fraudulent activity
• misleading or deceptive marketing
• spam or unsolicited outreach
• manipulation of tracking or analytics
• impersonation or misrepresentation

FanLink may investigate and take action, including suspension.

You retain ownership of your content.

By using FanLink, you grant FanLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold FanLink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the service
• your content
• your agreements with other users
• your violation of laws or these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FanLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• FanLink is not liable for loss of income, profits, or data

FanLink's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

FanLink is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

FanLink may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove content at its discretion in case of misuse or violations.

FanLink may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

FanLink may, but is not obligated to, assist in resolving disputes between users.

FanLink is not responsible for outcomes of such disputes.

FanLink processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may communicate with you via email or platform notifications. Notices are considered received when sent.

FanLink may assign these Terms without restriction. Users may not assign their rights without consent.

FanLink is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FanLink.
